God's Mercy Will...

       God’s Mercy will...
...reveal the darkness of sin by the Light of His Love
“God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all...” I John 1:5-7
...replace confusing emotion with His Healing and Hope
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
                  Psalm 34:18
...fill the empty void with His Fullness of Joy,
“And the  peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts
and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:8
...bear the weight of fear with the Strength of His
    Assurance,
“How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God!  And the children of men take
refuge in the shadow of Your wings.” Psalm 36:7
...translate the groanings of incompetence into the
   Words of His Promises,
“We do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes
for us with groanings too deep for words..."   Romans 8:26
...confound the knowledge of the world with His
   Wisdom and Authority
"Woe to you... hypocrites!  For you tithe mint and dill and cumin, and have
neglected the weightier provisions of the law:  justice and
mercy and faithfulness... You blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow
                 a camel!” Matthew 23:23-24
...melt the sands of unbelief into the Rock of Salvation,
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His
great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope  through the
resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is
imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away.    I Peter 1:3
...knead the ingredients of lack into Living Bread
“But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with
Christ... so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His
grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.”  Ephesians 2:4-7
